A native Ithacan, Tim graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering with focus in structural engineering and minor in systems engineering. Tim is a licensed Professional Engineer practicing structural and blast engineering design, investigations, and risk assessments for major public and private buildings, campuses, and infrastructures in the US and around the world. Tim is responsible for managing complex projects and for establishing the engineering models and analysis methods used for each unique project.
At McGladrey I am the Director of growing our business in Ohio. That means that I work with our Manufacturing, Wholesale and Distribution accouting and tax folks where we spend most of our time working on private companies. I also head up our private equity practice for Ohio. I help people find what they are looking for be it people, investors or deals. This leads to a significant amount of deal flow coming across my desk. We also have a robust not for profit practice which includes auditing many of the major endowments in Ohio. This reach from pools of capital to deals is unique at McGladrey and we have grown by double digits the past two years.
Broad experience in the development, application and sales of industrial automation has kept me fresh and challenged in the field of industrial and motion control. Management and ownership of both large and smaller organizaitons has given me insights and perspective that helps our company innovate, grow, and thrive in challenging times.

Chris is responsible for client derivative advisory at Cardea Partners as a principal of the firm. His responsibilities include: modeling interest rate hedging alternatives for clients, pricing and execution of trades, documentation review and FASB valuation, and acting as execution liaison to derivative counterparties on behalf of Cardea's clients.
A graduate of Cornell University, Chris also holds Masters degrees in financial engineering, business administration, and golf architecture. Prior to joining Cardea, he spent several years in interest rate and energy derivatives structuring and sales roles at KeyBank. Before entering the world of finance, Chris designed and built golf courses around the world. Chris’s professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, the Association for Corporate Growth, the Council of Development Finance Agencies, and he is a board member of the Cornell Club of Northeast Ohio.
I am the president and chief executive officer of Acorn Technology. We manufacture drive control systems and have subsidiaries that manufacture marine electrical equipment (under the name METCO) and industrial ceiling fans (under the name Humongous Fan). Acorn Technology has won the Weatherhead 100 Award (awarded to the 100 fastest growing companies in Northern Ohio) for the past four consecutive years with sales of over $5 million.

Lisa is a brand management consultant who believes in putting the consumer in consumer products. For CCNEO, she is responsible for managing the website and marketing the Club and its events, In addition to her Cornell degree, she holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management. When she's not thinking about Big Red, Lisa is on the selection committee for the Cleveland International Film Festival (CIFF).

EJ Track '06 studied Operations Research and Industrial Engineering at Cornell. He is an Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr Supply Company and enjoys refereeing soccer. EJ leads the club's social media programs, including our Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn pages. He also volunteers for the Cornell Alumni Admissions Ambassador Network.
